A PENDLE family could face eviction and Anti Social Behaviour Orders after residents complained about their behaviour.
The move comes following an investigation into complaints made by residents in and around Caleb Street, Nelson, who handed a petition to the Nelson Committee.
It is claimed the family harassed people and the children caused damage to property.
Now the committee will decide what action to take against the family when it meets on Monday.
A report to the council, which owns the property, said residents are concerned the family's anti-social behaviour is affecting the quality of life of residents, some of which feel vulnerable and frightened about dealing with them.
Discussions have taken place with residents, town centre wardens, the Community Beat Manager and the Police Community Support Officer to try solve the problems.
The report adds: "There is little doubt these children are a problem in the location.
"The three boys have been served with Acceptable Behaviour Contracts, signed by their mother.
"This does not seem to have the required effect, therefore requiring further action."
