A ROSSENDALE black pudding maker short-listed for a top business award will find out if he has won later this month.
Andrew Holt, owner of RS Ireland, Waterfoot, is one of six businessmen nominated for the Guardian Angel Network's Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
Since buying the business 10 years ago Andrew has transformed what was little more than a cottage industry.
And he has opened Pudsville II in Stacksteads, the firm's packaging and distribution centre.
His puddings have earned him well over 100 food industry awards and he has made countless TV appearances, including on Rick Stein's Food Heroes series on the BBC.
The winner will be announced during at a lunch at the Garstang Country Hotel and Golf Club on May 20.
