AN 11-year-old boy was robbed as he was walking along a footpath in Padiham.
The boy was approached by a man while holding a £5 note on the path at the rear of Whitegate Nursery School.
The man demanded the money and when the boy refused he was pushed to floor. He was unhurt but shaken.
The robber is described as being of medium build in his 20s, of scruffy appearance with ginger hair and a ginger goatee beard. He was wearing a white top.
