A MAN is to appear in court on Tuesday in connection with a recent bomb scare which caused chaos in Radcliffe town centre
On April 19, police and army bomb disposal experts began an investigation after a suspect package was discovered at the Royal Bank of Scotland, Blackburn Street. Officers released images of two men they believed were responsible.
A 35-year-old man from Radcliffe was arrested last week and charged with dishonesty offences following a police appeal to find the bomb hoaxers.
