THE Duke of Gloucester made a cultural visit to East Lancashire.
It included a trip to Rossendale Museum where he officially opened toilets and a kiosk. The Duke was also shown around the Griffin Lodge headquarters of the North West Museum Service, in Blackburn.
Meanwhile, two crooks were snapped by a spy camera as they escaped with five 9-carat-gold chains worth £1,200 from Peter Jackson's shop in Victoria Court, Blackburn.
