A SECURITY guard and another man jailed for a £6.6m cash hold-up will challenge their convictions heard by three judges in July.
Lord Justice Clarke, sitting with Mr Justice Elias and Judge Geoffrey Rivlin, fixed July 12 as the date for their appeal hearing.
Graham Huckerby, aged 44, of Clifton Road, Prestwich, and James Power, aged 62, of Hornby Street, Bury, were each jailed for 14 years at Manchester's Minshull Street Crown Court in 2002.
Huckerby was accused of having been the "inside man" behind the raid in July 1995 at the Midland Bank Clearing Centre, in Salford, while Power was said to be an accomplice described as Huckerby's "handler".
Huckerby has already been granted permission to challenge his sentence.
