BLACKBURN Rovers boss Graeme Souness has watched Tromsoe IL's star winger Morten Gamst Pedersen.
Souness was in Norway on Monday to see Pedersen lead his side to an impressive 4-1 win over Rosenborg.
And the Rovers manager said: "It's the third time I've seen Pedersen. I saw him play for Norway against Northern Ireland and Russia. He possesses great qualities, he scores goals and is very talented."
Pedersen, 22, is wanted by Rosenborg too, as well as other clubs on the European continent.
Tromsoe are leading the Norwegian Premiership table after five matches.
