Me and my family and friends visited Blackburn in the Asian shopping area of Whalley Range and the area seems to have very few restaurants and takeaways..
If you look at Bradford, Leicester, Birmingham and London, they are more welcoming for the visitors. Restaurants and takeaways are first class and plus all the shops have toilet and drinking water for the visitors.
I am afraid if Blackburn wants to compete for trade at least they must improve all the basic services for the visitors.
