STACEY Tuckwell has been waiting four years to launch her attack on the boxing world.
The 12-year-old Fred Longworth High pupil will make her boxing debut on Thursday night after four year's patiently sparring with the Tyldesley-based Centurions' Amateur Boxing Club.
Stacey, who lives on the Shakerley estate in Tyldesley will meet Leyland ABC's Natasha Bell, in the 40 kilo class on the bill at a tournament in Tyldesley town centre.
Centurions' coach Steve Walshaw promises an all-actiopn night with seven boxers from the Tyldesley club and four from Leigh Boxing Club on the bill at the M.Bago club in Elliott Street. Doors open at 7pm and the first bout will be at 8.30pm. Admission is £6 on the door.
