Whilst those of us who oppose this move by the government have been mainly concerned with the greater risk of fraud, we are now faced with another potential problem.
Your front page headline in the same issue "Postal Chaos,' underlines it.
Would it not be ironic if, the government's quest to maximise the labour vote, was thwarted by the present mess in the post office?
What would happen if it became clear that inability to deliver votes caused a false result, either in a particular seat, or generally throughout the North West?
