A TEENAGER was attacked and robbed in a public toilet in Burnley.
The 18-year-old student was in the toilets in Yorkshire Street at 6.50pm on Thursday when he was approached by a man who demanded that he hand over his mobile phone.
He told him he did not have a phone and the man punched him, knocking him to the floor and stole his blue and orange Nokia phone out of his coat pocket.
The man then ran off down Yorkshire Street towards Staples stationery store car park.
Police are appealing for help to catch the robber who is described as Asian, in his early 20s, 5ft 11in tall and of stocky build.
He was clean shaven, with collar length black hair and was wearing a white shirt, dark blue jeans and black trainers.
