THE Princess Royal brought a ray of sunshine to drizzly East Lancashire during a whistle-stop tour of Hyndburn.
Gloomy weather failed to dampen the spirits of flag waving well wishers who turned out to greet her. Princess Anne, patron of the National Autistic Society, officially opened Clayton Brook House, Atlas Street, Clayton-le-Moors which offers support to children and adults with autism.
