A NEW type of racing machine will make its debut at Warton Stock Car Club this weekend.
Stockkarts will join the bangers, stock cars, ministox and super bangers racing round the short oval circuit on Sunday.
Stock Karts (pictured) are in their second season nationwide - with Warton as a new championship venue this year.
Every Stockkart is built to the same specification, allowing the racing to be judged on driver ability and not money spent. Each has a 390cc Honda four-stroke engine with a centrifugal clutch, accelerator and brake. They can reach 50 mph.
The stock cars and super bangers, which have had plenty of incidents so far this season, will also be entertaining.
At £7 admission for adults, £3.50 for children and OAPs it's an inexpensive day out for all the family.
