I AM writing because of the letter that you published in the Citizen on Thursday April 15, 2004.
I am appalled with the way that Joan Humble has the gall to get her teeth into Mark Hamer, and say that he does sit on the fence, I can assure you that he does not sit on the fence. If Joan Humble did all that she should do and look after her constituents during the last election as promised, as she was my member of parliament, I was promised that after the election she would come round and talk to me about my disability living allowance as it was her party that took it off me back in 1997 without notice or anything, so how can she accuse someone of sitting on the fence.
I will admit that I did not see the letter dated April 8, 2004 she is the least of them to pick on anyone but to sort out her own councillors such as Mr and Mrs Martin who, when Mr Hodgkinson went to the meeting about the Jubilee Gardens, Mr and Mrs Martin would not let Mr Hodgkinson talk. All they could go on about was the CCTV and would it make any difference if they got elected they would sort this out as the Conservatives would not do this, they had gone to talk about Jubilee Gardens and the revamp that is going to happen. Mrs Martin was more interested in that Jubilee Gardens was going to disappear so that she would have nowhere to leave her children, I think that Miss John Humble should read her e-mails and answer a few of her e-mails that are sent in.
