I AGREE entirely with Frank Croplin's letter (LET, May 8). When children do wrong they should be named, no matter what their age and should be punished accordingly.
Because of the government and do-gooders ruling that you can't do this and you can't do that to your own children, it is they who are in control of the parents, not parents in control of their children.
So stop mollycoddling these youngsters and make them pay for their wrongdoing.
