A ROSSENDALE businessman who has transformed a cottage industry into a thriving business will find out this week if he has won a top business award.
Black-pudding maker Andrew Holt is one of six nominees in the Guardian Angel Network's Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
His puddings have earned him well over 100 food industry awards and he has made countless TV appearances, including on Rick Stein's Food Heroes series on the BBC.
And the owner of RS Ireland, Waterfoot, has opened a new packaging and distribution centre in Stacksteads, called Pudsville II.
Andrew will find out in a lunch ceremony at Garstang Country Hotel and Golf Club on Thursday if he has won the award.
