A 75-YEAR-OLD man was pushed from his wheelchair by two robbers who stole his mobile phone and £80 last night.
The pensioner was heading to his home in the Heatley Street area of Blackburn after a night out.
At around 10.30pm he was approached by two men in Weir Street.
Inspector Steve Haworth said: "He was attacked by a couple of men in their early 20s.
"He was grabbed around the neck and knocked out of the wheelchair into a heap on the floor but had no apparent injuries.
"They stole his mobile phone and £80."
Police have arrested a 22-year-old man from Blackburn who was due to be interviewed today.
Inspector Haworth said they were still looking for another man in relation to the attack.
