A LEIGH man accused of driving while disqualified and giving false details when arrested has appeared at Liverpool Crown Court.
Paul Booth, 40, of Maple Crescent, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified in Nel Pan Lane, Leigh on December 23 and attempting to pervert the course of justice. He was remanded on bail for sentence on June 2.
