A LEIGH man accused of raping a 13-year-old girl appeared at Liverpool Crown Court on Monday.
Daniel O'Brien, aged 22, of Heddles Court, denied raping the schoolgirl between June 1 and July 31 last year.
A trial date was fixed to begin on August 2 but O'Brien has to return to court on June 25 when the case will be reviewed.
O'Brien was further remanded on bail with conditions that include he must stay at a Manchester bail hostel and not enter Wigan or Leigh.
