A PRESTON man appeared before magistrates in Preston on Friday, May 14, following the death of a 32-year-old soldier.
Terrence Biggs, 26, of Chindits Way, Fulwood, is charged with the unlawful killing of 32-year-old Lance Corporal Richard Fox after an incident at a function on Wednesday evening (May 12) held at Preston North End's Great Room. The evening was a welcome home party for the Fifth General Support Medical Regiment, based at Fulwood Barracks, who had returned from serving in Iraq just weeks before on April 26. Mr Biggs was remanded to appear at Preston Crown Court on May 25. No bail was granted.
