IT'S a case of third time lucky for Accrington Stanley's Andy Procter.
After missing out on the England National Game XI twice, the midfielder has received a third call-up.
Procter, who was voted Stanley's young player of the year, has been selected for the England semi-professional squad to face the Iraq national side at Macclesfield Town's Moss Rose stadium tomorrow (kick-off 7.30pm).
The 21-year-old from Great Harwood, who is in his final year at Leeds University, missed out on the chance to represent England in February due to injury, then had to turn down a place in the Four Nations Tournament squad last week because of a clash with his degree finals.
