A 78-YEAR-OLD man who had been ordered to leave his property within six weeks by the High Court has been given permission to appeal the decision.
An eviction order was served on Joseph Taylor, of Pollards Farm, Howick Cross Lane, Penwortham, in April following a High Court ruling in favour of Lancashire County Council over a breach of his tenancy agreement.
Barristers for the county council argued he was bottling milk on the site designated for agricultural use.
It could take up to ten months for the appeal to be heard.
