AN inquest opened on Wednesday (May 26) into the death of a man from a suspected drugs overdose.
Thirty-six-year-old Mark Cryan was discovered on the floor of a bedroom at his parents' house in Mere Close, Unsworth.
Mr Cryan, who was unemployed and lived in Salford, was pronounced dead at 5.30pm on Saturday (May 22).
A post mortem was carried out on Tuesday and blood samples sent away for further analysis in an effort to establish exactly how he died.
The inquest has been adjourned to a later date pending the completion of medical tests. Police said there were no suspicious circumstances.
