A TEENAGER who was seen to throw a stone through a Darwen pub window in the early hours of the morning returned later as a police officer was talking to the landlord.
Blackburn magistrates heard Damien Duckworth, who had a long-standing grievance with the licensee of the Black Horse Inn, threatened to do "a lot worse" when he was approached.
Duckworth, 19, of Redearth Road, Darwen, pleaded guilty to criminal damage and being drunk and disorderly. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay £500 compensation and £50 costs.
