RADCLIFFE United Reformed Church Players will be performing an evening of one act plays entitled "Where does the fairy come into it?", based on typical theatrical characters.
The first play is a send up of the Dallas-type American soap opera. The second concerns an author who conjures up the usual stock characters for his latest comedy, only to find the play taking an unexpected turn. The evening ends with a melodrama featuring a wicked squire.
Performances are at 7.30pm on June 10, 11 and 12 at the church hall in Radcliffe. Tickets are £6 and are available on 724 9300 and 766 8571.
