IAN Smith, 38, of Brownhill Avenue, Burnley, was given two years community rehabilitation, 80 hours community punishment and a four-month curfew order by Burnley Magistrates.
He admitted driving without due care and attention, failing to stop after an accident, failing to report an accident, failing to provide a specimen for analysis, driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence and using an uninsured vehicle.
