POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a serious sexual assault on an 18-year-old man in toilets at Moor Park, Preston, on Sunday, May 30.
At 4.10pm the teenager went into a toilet cubicle in the Garstang Road side of the park and was approached by two men who then attacked him.
He ran toward Blackpool Road and was offered help by a couple, who police wish to speak to.
Inspector Andrew Murphy, said: "We are optimistic we can solve this case with the public's help."
The first offender was about 40 years old, 5ft 8ins tall, stocky with short grey hair, unshaven, a brown mole on his right cheek and freckles on his arms and hands.
He had very short nails, a large gap between his teeth and wore a navy blue fleece with a motif on the left pocket and light blue denim jeans.
His accomplice was about 30, 5ft 9ins tall, slim, clean shaven with a tanned complexion and gold earring in his left ear.
He wore mirrored sun glasses and a light grey vest top. Both men were white.
A burgundy two door hatchback, with customised bonnet, was seen following the incident.
