FYLDE freemasons gave a financial boost to a host of local charities this week.
St Annes Lifeboat Station received £500 towards its Project Water-Pressure appeal which will help ensure that new lifeboat headquarters has enough water pressure to wash its vehicles.
Several lodges also handed over money to the North West Air Ambulance.
Steven Reid, assistant provincial grand master said: "It is very pleasing to be able to give this level of support to local causes. As Freemasons we endeavour to reach out to the community as a whole through charitable giving and by voluntary efforts and works as individuals."
