PARTIES from East Lancashire were in a crowd of 60,000 which waited in the rain to hear Billy Graham, the U.S evangelist speak in the grounds of Cliff College, Calver, Derbyshire. Rishton Methodists made an annual Whit Monday trip to the college, a Methodist training establishment.
