A MAN who was discovered with head injuries at his home is still in a critical but stable condition at Royal Preston Hospital.
Paul Dickson, 34, was found by police in the early hours of Thursday of last week at his St Leger Court, Accrington, home.
His nephew, Carl Stephen Dickson, 23, who lives in another flat in St Leger Court, has been charged with his attempted murder.
He appeared before magistrates in Blackburn and was remanded in custody until June 16, when he will appear before Preston Crown Court.
