A DARWEN man has been sentenced to seven years in jail after pleading guilty to manslaughter with diminished responsibility after he stabbed a man to death in a hotel in Bolton, Greater Manchester.
Roberto Abo, 36, of Watery Lane, Darwen, was also sentenced to three years for assault and five years for kidnapping when he appeared at Manchester Crown Court. The sentences were ordered to run concurrently.
Abo will be deported following his sentence in accordance with his visa requirements.
