OFFICERS at Manchester Airport have stopped another man trying travel to Portugal for Euro 2004.
The 28-year-old, from Barrowford, was held on Saturday and appeared at Manchester Magistrates' Court on Sunday. The hearing was adjourned until Friday June 25.
He is the fourth to be stopped at the airport as part of Operation Clement, with another arrested for failure to abide by the conditions of an football banning order.
Detective Sergeant Kevin Fitzpatrick said: "England play their final group game tonight and we warn those individuals who have banning orders to stick to the regulations set out in them."
