I DON'T think Angela McGraw's solution to the problem of prostitution to pack them off to the woods is a good idea at all.

It would not be safe, they take a big enough risk now. How would it be controlled? These girls are vulnerable enough as it is.

What about a town centre venue? We have a lap dancing club, why not a brothel and we have the sex shop on Preston New Road .

If it was a town centre location it would not upset local residents as the girls would not be loitering on street corners and it would cut down kerb crawlers.

I don't think you will get rid of prostitution in Blackburn, the Council should act and do something about the problem and ask the residents and the prostitutes what they want.

It would save the police a lot of time and energy rounding up girls and stopping kerb crawlers.
