I AM led to believe that two years ago Lancashire County Council was to report on the proposed road link from Heysham to the M6 so that funding from the Government could be obtained.
This report was to be made within a year. However it is now overdue by a year and this makes me wonder just what our locally elected councillors are doing, if anything, to get this report published.
