HOME buyers can now tie up a deal to move into a former shoelace factory in Whitefield.
Work is complete at Beau Works in Sefton Street, which developer Cocoon Homes has converted into a large penthouse apartment and six mews-style homes.
Traditional wooden floors, beams and brickwork have been retained in the building, which also once served as a brewery.
