ANYONE wanting advice on how to purchase a property abroad should not miss the Bury Timnes Summer Overseas Property exhibition.
The event, in conjunction with the Bolton Evening News, is being held at the Bolholt Country Park Hotel, Walshaw Road, Bury, this Sunday.
The show will feature experts and 12 developers, ready to give advice on how to buy that dream house in the sun, whether it is a second home or a holiday let.
There will be information on a wide range of overseas properties from villas, apartments, farmhouses, land, resales, buying to let and permanent living.
The show will also cover the legalities of overseas buying as well as aspects of healthcare and pension plans abroad.
Investment opportunities in countries such as Spain, America, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Croatia, France, Dubai and the Canaries will also be showcased.
The majority of the companies attending the event offer inspection flights at discounted rates.
The exhibition runs from 9.30am and admission is free.
