ARSONISTS started a fire in a storage building at the rear of a disused pet shop in Railway Road, Leigh last Friday afternoon.
Police closed Railway Road for half an hour while firefighters put out the blaze which severely damaged the outbuilding and caused smoke damage to the shop which has been closed and shuttered for several months.
