I AM writing in response to those who think the only people to complain about children playing football are those without children.
Well yes, we do have children. The only difference is we bring them up to respect other people's property.
On a number of occasions I have asked children playing football to be careful, especially around our cars.
But every polite request is met with intimidation and abuse. I have also spoken to the police, but they failed to respond.
Playing football is not a crime but we are the ones who have to pay for the damage.
