SINCE the Post Office -- or whatever they are called now -- decided to close three sub post offices in Prestwich, the main Prestwich Post Office in Kingswood Road has customers queuing outside the door.
We are a small business in Prestwich and drop franked mail and parcels off at this post office every evening. There are double yellow lines offering rich pickings for NCP wardens and I have had several tickets while dropping off a large sack of mail and going over the two minutes allowed.
The Marks and Spencer car park is patrolled, so people can't park there and walk to the post office. And I am sure the residents of Kingswood Road are sick of people parking outside their homes.
Could the council or the Post Office suggest where customers might park?
