A 19-YEAR-OLD man has been remanded in custody.
He has been charged with a string of offences in relation to two alleged assaults.
Gavin Peter Radford, of Blackburn Road, Haslingden, appeared before magistrates in Burnley on Saturday.
He is charged with robbery and a wounding offence.
The charges relate to an incident on June 24.
In it, 57-year-old Thomas Hall suffered a fractured skull.
Radford has also been charged with another wounding offence, damaging property and theft.
He will appear at Preston Crown Court on July 14 in connection to the robbery and first wounding offence.
He is to appear again before magistrates in Burnley on July 9 in connection with the other offences.
