A WOMAN was cut with a glass after being caught up in a brawl which police said was like a scene from a Western.
The woman, in her 20s, received minor cuts and bruises when after a glass was smashed into her forehead in Bar Ibiza, Mincing Lane, Blackburn, at 10.30pm on Thursday.
Police were questioning a man in connection with the incident.
Detective Sergeant Gary Dunnagan, of Blackburn CID, said: "There was pumping music and flashing lights and people bouncing around and the atmosphere built up and built up.
"It has ended up with a woman being glassed and then all hell broke loose as other people started fighting.
"If you had been standing on the doorstep it would have resembled a Western-type brawl."
