A 22-YEAR-OLD woman suffered minor head injuries after being robbed as she walked under a subway in Bury.
The woman was walking through the passage below Angouleme Way when she was approached from behind by a man.
The offender tapped her on the shoulder and pushed the woman to the floor when she turned around before wrestling her mobile phone out of her hand. The woman suffered minor cuts to the head. The offender is described as an Asian male, five feet seven inches tall and of slim build.
He was wearing a blue Adidas top with three white stripes on the sleeve and dark jeans.
Police are appealing for witnesses to contact Bury Robbery Unit on 0161 856 8093 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
