WE hear so much criticism of the NHS but I wanted to write about my very different experience on Ward 19 at Blackburn Royal Infirmary.
The quality of care was excellent from Mr Mohan and his dedicated and happy team.
Nothing seemed too much trouble whilst I was in hospital where I was treated with respect and sensitivity.
That same high quality of care has continued following my discharge, under the care of Little Harwood Health Centre.
From the GP coming out to do numerous house visits, to the district nurses and physiotherapist, not forgetting the occupational therapist, I could not have asked for better treatment.
I want now to express my heartfelt appreciation to all concerned.
PAMELA HARDMAN (Mrs), Glengreave Avenue, Ramsgreave, Blackburn.
