A FAMILY fun day will be held at Marsden Park in Nelson next week.
Visitors to The Great Outdoors Day, on Saturday, August 7, will be able to enjoy face painting, owl and hawk displays and fairground rides.
They will also have the chance to have a go on a 24ft-high climbing wall and learn circus skills in a baby big top.
There will be charity stalls, sculpture displays and a DJ School with EQ DJ Services and Walton High Summer School.
Sameera Asghar, events officer, said: "The day is going to be great fun for all the family with a large variety of activities to suit everyone's tastes from henna painting to fairground rides and climbing walls to sculptor exhibits.
"So whether you want a relaxing day, milling around the many stalls and displays, or trying your hand with exciting activities, this event has got it covered."
The event will run from 11am to 4pm.
