HINDLEY pensioner Stan Dawber could make his name in the Guinness Book of Records -- with a light bulb bought in 1938.
Stan, 82, inherited the bulb when his mother died and it's still going strong on top of a bedside clock.
I hear the cry, any bulb would last that long if it's not been used!
I wish the ones I buy would last for just 66 days, not years. I'm forever replacing them.
Can anyone light up my life with a tale of a longer lasting bulb?
