ASTLEY & Tyldesley Road Runners sent their stongest possible team to Lancaster to compete in the Wagon and Horses 10 Mile.
Following the club's recent success in local races, the team once again performed well with Shaun Moran winning the Veteran 45 award in 59mins 28. Mike Entwistle won the Veteran 55 award in 60mins 15, Anthony Battersby and Mark Riches completed the line up both running PB's. The team narrowly missed out in the team catagory finishing second.
Promising young athlete Laura Riches won the fun run in 7mins 13secs.
