A DRIVER escaped serious injury when his Renault car overturned on to its roof early on Monday (July 26).
The accident happened in Rainsough Brow, Prestwich, at about 7am, as the car travelled towards Swinton.
The driver sustained minor injuries and was treated at Hope Hospital, Salford. No other vehicle was involved.
The accident caused traffic hold-ups for around 30 minutes.
