TYLDESLEY Little Theatre has been on a winning streak.
The play, Last Tango in Little Grimley by David Tristram, was featured in TLT's hugely successful end-of-season show The 2004 Mixed Grill.
Then members took the play, which is about a failed amateur dramatic society, on tour. The production, directed by Lisa Taylor, was entered in the Partington Players One Act Play Festival in Glossop and actress Winnie Evans was awarded a Certificate of Merit for her comic role as Joyce.
This followed two recent award nominations for the theatre from the Greater Manchester Drama Federation. These were in Section A for the John Aldridge Cup -- Adventure in Theatre -- Groping for Words and the Design and Technical Trophy for The Late Mrs Earley.
