AN offender who breached a court order for the second time was given a last chance to prove he can do what he is told.
Gary Taylor, 34, had previously been given a curfew order for driving while disqualified, no insurance and no driving licence. He had already flouted it, but an earlier court had allowed it to continue, Burnley Magistrates heard.
Taylor was given another curfew order, to last three months, seven days a week, between 9pm and 7am.
The justices warned him they expected him to complete the order.
The chairman added: "We think you have had all the opportunities you are going to get."
The defendant, of Thorn Bank, Bacup, admitted breach of a curfew, six allegations of using an uninsured vehicle, six of having no test certificate and five of no licence. He was banned for three years.
Bill Rawstron, defending, said Taylor had had a number of personal difficulties. He had completed a curfew order without a single problem when he had been living with his mother. He had made the mistake of going to live with a friend.
Taylor had offended once in two years and had foolishly not complied with the curfew order. He had now moved back to his mother's home.
