FACE-painting will be a new attraction at this month's Ramsbottom Farmers' Market, Local Produce and Crafts Fair on Sunday with Thomas the Tank Engine also steaming into town.
The market, which is being held between 10am and 3pm at Ramsbottom Civic Hall and Market Place, is coinciding with the East Lancashire Railway's Day out with Thomas weekend.
And to cater for the young clientele, free face paintings will also be available in the Civic Hall from 10am.
Chef Richard Cowper from High Seas Seafoods in the Market Place will be giving cookery demonstrations to young budding chefs also from 10am.
More than 25 stalls are available bringing together farmers and producers from the north west offering a wide range of hand-picked fruit and vegetables, fresh meat, including for the first time goat meat, fresh fish and bread.
